This is how the characters that appear in “Selena: The Series” are (or were) in real life, and some curiosities about the production

O incredible.club decided to investigate who are and were truly the most relevant characters of Selena: the seriesin addition to some curiosities about the production, hitherto unknown.

Actress Christian Serratos was responsible for bringing the legendary Texan singer to life in Selena: the series (2020)🇧🇷 She was known for the roles of Rosita Espinosa in The Walking Dead (2014-present) and Angela, in the saga Twilight (2008)🇧🇷

Although we don’t know exactly what she does these days, she collaborates and participates in all the events dedicated to her daughter’s memory.

Gabriel Chavarría, who played Selena’s brother and the band’s bassist Los Dinosis remembered for his work on East Los High (2013-2016) and The Purge (2018). The cities of Tijuana, Rosarito and Tecate, in Mexico, served as locations for some scenes in the series.

Designer Adela Cortázar explained in an interview that they made clothes for each character “from dawn to dusk”. A total of 600 parts and accessories were made to record this first part of the series.
