Tofu skewers with grilled vegetables

Ingredients for 2 people: 200 g of tofu, 1 zucchini, small mushrooms, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, granulated garlic, black pepper, salt, extra virgin olive oil.

How to prepare it:

Drain the tofu, pressing it tightly against the kitchen paper. Wash the mushrooms and zucchini and cut the latter into slices. Cut the tofu into not very fine square cubes. Now all you have to do is moisten the skewers and insert the ingredients alternately.

Heat the grill with a little olive oil and when it is very hot, cook the skewers on each side.
