The new Russian salad is pink and not fattening (it doesn't have mayonnaise)

There are not two salads equal Russians. There are as many versions as there are chefs in the world. However, the version of the “realfooders“-people who do not include ultra-processed foods in their diet) is truly crazy: it is a deep pink color and is not fattening because it does not contain mayonnaise. The key is to use it for yogurt sauce and beet. It is the perfect option to eat this dish during the summer without regrets. Furthermore, it is a recipe very simple and with very simple and economical ingredients.

For the Russian salad the ingredients may vary, but in the recipe proposed by this nutritional movement promoted by nutritionist Carlos Ríos they use three small potatoes, two carrots, one or two hard-boiled eggs, pickles, a can of tuna and a can of octopus. But, this part of the recipe can be varied and change some ingredients for others to taste.

The key to this recipe is the realfooder pink sauce. These are its ingredients:

150g of natural Greek yogurt Half a cooked beet (and a little of the liquid) Juice of half a lemon A splash of EVOO from the can of tuna Salt and pepper to taste

To make the sauce you only have to beat all the ingredients at maximum power. As for the rest of the preparation process, it is simple: you have to cook the potatoes and carrots (about 35 minutes), boil the eggs and mix all the ingredients. Once we have the solid part of the salad, we add the special pink sauce and that's it.
