The recipe is one of those in which you only have to mix ingredients. The first thing is to place a cookie base on the bottom of a mold. If we use a rectangular container – gypsy arm type – the ideal is to use rectangular cookies. On the contrary, if the mold is round, the classic circular cookie is perfect.

When mixing the ingredients, the recommendation is to have previously removed the cream cheese from the refrigerator so that it is not too cold and works better. It is mixed with the juice of one lemon and a bottle of condensed milk. This will be the sweetener because this cake does not contain sugar.

Once we have a dough without lumps, a layer is placed on the bed of cookies and another row and more cream is placed again. The idea is that there are several layers of cookies-cream-cookies-cream. Once the cake is assembled, you just have to cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for a few hours in the refrigerator so that the cookie is wet and the cream takes shape.
