If in doubt, don’t try. The alternative to casting a dispelling spell on a person is to create a protective barrier around them to prevent nasty damage from hitting them. In this article I will teach you a basic dispelling ritual, an attrition spell and also a barrier spell. Most importantly, I’m going to show you how to counter a dispel spell.

Why dispelling is sometimes necessary
A dispelling spell should be seen as a last resort. If you have no other options. For example, if you are being physically abused, the strongest dispelling spell is warranted. If someone is bullying you at work or school, a temporary wearing off spell might be the best idea. This is a spell that gradually loses its power over time. I’m keeping this simple on purpose, but you can customize it however you like.
Materials:
A stick or dowel about 15 cm long. It doesn’t have to be exact. You could even use a wooden spoon. String or cord at least 60 cm long. Again, you don’t have to measure. A small sheet of paper and a pen.
Options:
Black candle (must be new) Tourmaline or other black crystal.

The tourmaline should be placed on the table in front of you. It serves as protection and absorbs any unwanted negative vibes that might swirl around. Sit quietly and begin to consciously feel the emotions associated with your intent to cast this spell. It can be fear or empowerment. It’s important to arouse your emotions because that’s how spells work. Think about what this person did to you. Imagine how you will feel when you stop. hold the feelings This is also your chance to change your mind about casting the spell. If you are using a candle, light it now and continue to hold the emotion. Imagine that the flame is fueled by your feelings. Write their name on the paper. Wrap the paper around the stick. Slowly begin to wrap and tape the twine around the paper and tie. As you coil the cord, say the following three times:

Counter a dispelling spell
There are times when a dispell should be removed. For example, if you realize that the person has changed or is in trouble and you can help them. Remove the ban spell quickly and easily, so:
Get the stick. Find the loose end of the cable. Slowly unwind the cable and say three times:
You’ve changed and so have I
Our past issues are now over
I release you **her name** from this spell
Be free and always treat me well.
The way I speak it must be so.
Discard the components; bury, burn or dispose of.
Note that you can use this method even if you used a different spell to begin with. Just undo the actions you have taken and say the words above.
attrition spell
You can cast a spell that has a built-in time limit. So you could restrict someone for a desired length of time and then the spell will just wear off and pass, no countering is required.
Use the same basic method as described in the simple spell ritual above, but slightly change the words to:
Your bad behavior will stop
Thoughts of me you’ll let go
My feelings for you are like stone
I command you leave me alone
But after a month, this magic will wear off
And all our troubles will be settled.
Repeat three times and add,
As I speak, so must it be.
Follow the rest of the spell as directed. You can change the duration to a week or a year if you wish.
Simple protection spell
As an alternative to a spell, you can also place a protective spell around you. This will keep bullies and abusers away but allow love and friendship.
There is no need to cast a circle first as this spell is actually a circle of protection. In fact, it’s a sphere. It is worth charging this spell monthly.
Sit in a quiet place. On the floor if you can. Close your eyes. Relax and begin to build a sense of peace and security within you. Breathe and relax. Think about how it feels to be safe, comfortable, and invincible. Maybe you could think back to your childhood, a time when nobody could hurt you because your parents or guardian protected you. If that doesn’t work, imagine how good it is to feel protected. Let your mind wander, but always bring it back to this topic of security. Now visualize the feelings forming a sphere of shimmering light in your solar plexus. Imagine the ball getting bigger and moving outside of you. It keeps growing until you are completely enveloped in this sphere of glowing, shimmering light. Say:
Ball of Light, I beg you to stay
Protect me, protect me, come what may
Keep damage, hurt and hate at bay
But love comes every day.
Repeat three times. Then say once
As I say it, so it must be.
Let the shimmering light fade but know the protective sphere stays around you at all times.
