Skateboarder bitten by dog ​​apologizes to owner and case goes viral

Marcelo usually skates on the bike path at Parque Barigui, in Curitiba. On the last Saturday in January, without realizing it, he passed very close to a medium-sized dog that had its owner on a leash.

To his surprise, Marcelo was bitten by the animal on the thigh. Due to the scare and pain, he ended up having an unexpected reaction and raged at the pet’s owner, who quickly pulled the animal away, apologized and explained that he was not used to attacking.

Marcelo, without thinking too much, raged and cursed the girl — he doesn’t even remember which words I used, but he’s sure they were heavy. But, at dawn the next day, after thinking a lot, he decided to write an open apology to the pet’s tutor on his social media profiles.

In the post, he explains that he had a reaction perhaps caused by the pain, but that he understands that the pet just wanted to defend the owner in front of a big man who made noise with the skateboard and came towards her, appearing to be a threat. The owner of the dog has not yet commented, but this publication went viral on social networks, getting no less than 20,000 comments, 45,000 shares and 63,000 likes.
