Reiki Prayer – Discover its healing and balancing power

O reiki it is spiritual in nature, but not religious. Despite this, he uses reiki prayers to perform healing treatments. Reiki Forgiveness Prayer

“Seeking to eliminate all the blocks that hinder my evolution, I will dedicate a few minutes to forgive. From this moment on, I forgive all people who have in any way offended me, wronged me, harmed me, or caused me unnecessary hardship. I sincerely forgive those who rejected me, hated me, abandoned me, betrayed me, ridiculed me, humiliated me, frightened me, deceived me.

I forgive, especially those who teased me until I lost my temper and reacted violently, only to make me feel shame, remorse, and inappropriate guilt. I recognize that I was also responsible for the aggressions I received, as I trusted individuals several times, allowed them to make a fool of me and unload their bad character on me.

For many years I endured mistreatment, humiliation, wasting time and energy, in the futile attempt to achieve a relationship with these creatures.

I am now free from the compulsive need to suffer and free from the obligation to live with toxic individuals and environments. I have now started a new stage of my life, in the company of friendly, healthy and competent people: We want to share noble feelings, while we work for the progress of all of us.

I will never complain again, talking about hurt feelings and negative people. If I happen to think about them, I will remember that they are already forgiven and definitely discarded from my intimate life.

I am grateful for the difficulties these people have caused me, as it has helped me to evolve from the ordinary human level to the spiritual level that I am now.

When I remember the people who made me suffer, I will try to value their good qualities and ask the creator to forgive them too, preventing them from being punished by the law of cause and effect, in this life or in future ones. I give reason to all the people who rejected my love and my good intentions, because I recognize that it is a right that everyone has to reject, not respond to me and move away from their lives.

(Pause, take a few deep breaths, to build up energy).

Now I sincerely ask forgiveness to all people whom, in some way, knowingly and unknowingly, I have offended, injured, harmed or displeased. Analyzing and judging everything I’ve accomplished throughout my life, I see the value of my faults, leaving a positive balance in my favor.

I feel at peace with my conscience and with my head held high I take a deep breath, hold it and focus to send a current of energy destined for the Higher Self. By relaxing my sensations reveal that this contact has been established.

Now I address a message of faith to my Higher Self, asking for guidance, protection and help, for the accomplishment, at an accelerated pace, of a very important project that I am thinking and for which I am already working with dedication and love.

I thank you with all my heart. To all the people who helped me and I promise to give back by working for the good of others, acting as a catalyst for enthusiasm, prosperity and self-fulfillment. I will do everything with the laws of nature and with the permission of our Creator, eternal, infinite, indescribable that I intuitively feel as the only real power, acting inside and outside of me.

So be it, so it is and so it will be.”

Reiki Prayer Just for Today

One day the Master Usui asked Suzuki San, a Buddhist nun, to go buy mulberry paper (kozo). On that paper, she wrote (what is in parentheses is the original language text):

“The secret art of inviting happiness, spiritual medicine for many ailments (Shofuku no hiho, Manbyo no rei yaku).
Just for today (Kyo dake wa):
Don’t be angry (Ikaruna),
Don’t worry (Shinpaisuna),
Be grateful (Kansha shite),
Be diligent (Gyo wo hage me),
Be kind to others (Hito ni shinsetsu ni).”

‘Just for today’ is not one of the five reiki principlesbut a framework in time and one of the most important guidelines of Master Mikao Usui: being in the here and now, in the present moment.
