When we need to make a drastic change in our lives, we need a massive dose of courage and confidence. If it’s a risk, then we need to keep in mind that it may not work out, but that everything that happens to us has a reason. This cannot serve to discourage us, but to motivate us to be better people every day. Did you know that there is a Psalm of strength that serves to strengthen our confidence?

Sometimes life is so messed up, so wrong, that what we really need to do is let the house fall. Stop and start all over again. Reinvent yourself and recreate your relationships. Put an end to what is not right, what is wrong, and make room for the new and better. You’re ready?

If you need the courage to change, try looking for it in psalms and prayers. The verses serve us as mantras for success and peace to be established in our minds and hearts.

Psalm 23 – strength to have courage and change

“The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.
In green meadows he makes me lie down.
Lead me along the refreshing waters,
restores the strength of my soul.
On straight paths he leads me,
for your name’s sake.
Though I cross the dark valley,
I will fear nothing, because you are with me.
Your staff and your staff
are my support.
You prepare the table for me
in the sight of my enemies.
You pour the perfume over my head,
and my cup overflows.
Your goodness and mercy
will follow me
for all the days of my life.
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord
for long days.”

Read this psalm every night and then envision your transformation happening successfully and peacefully. Light a candle for your guardian angel and ask for protection. Once you’ve done that, take a deep breath and get on with life! Change whatever it takes to achieve happiness, prosperity and love. Fear passes and, in its place, you will feel enormous satisfaction of having done all this for those who deserve it most: you.
