Mexican Artist Makes Incredible Tattoos That Look Like Embroidery

Embroidery and tattooing have more in common than you might think. After all, both require dexterity in the use of needles. And what happens when an artist decides to combine the two techniques? Tattoo artist Fernanda Ramirez creates tattoos inspired by typically Mexican motifs, with a technique that seems to mimic embroidery. The result is that her tattoos seem to be literally “stitched” into the skin. Fernanda started tattooing in 2015 and wanted to give her work a personal touch. For this, she was inspired by a Mexican embroidery technique known as Tenango.

O incredible.club made a compilation of Fernanda’s “embroidered” Mexican tattoos. At the end, we bring you a bonus so that you can admire this artist’s art and coloring.
