Active like any child, Logunedé played and had fun with his mother who always explained to him to stay away from the deep waters of the rivers, since Obá inhabited these waters and his hatred for Oxum could result in harm to his son. As Oxum already imagined, Logunedé one day disobeyed his mother and Obá took the opportunity trying to drown Oxum’s son.
