Since the publication of the last Harry Potter book, more than 10 years ago, J.K. Rowling has kept her readers in awe, with works like the book The Tales of Beedle the Bard and the film “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them”. Now, shortly after celebrating the twentieth anniversary of the release of the first book in the saga, the writer has announced that she will publish four new works expanding the world of the young wizard. And the best thing is that the new books hit the digital shelves very soon.
Where and when to find them
At the end of June, the first two books, named “A Journey Through Charms And Defense Against The Dark Arts” and “Potions and Herbology”, will be available in electronic format. The release date of the other two titles, “A Journey Through Divination and Astronomy” and “A Journey Through Care of Magical Creatures”, has not yet been announced. The publisher guarantees that it won’t take long. Books can be found on Amazon UK, Amazon US, Apple and Kobo platforms.
Initially, the eBooks will only be available in 4 languages: English, French, German and Italian.
Reading the books will be like going back to school at Hogwarts
In a way, the books are like Hogwarts enrollment certificates, as the four-volume series will delve into the school subjects taught to students at the institution. The works are intended to “explore the origins of magic through history and folklore”, and will also “include notes, manuscript pages and drawings enchanted”, work by illustrator Rohan Daniel Eason. This is the most awaited back to school on the planet!
