How tongue position can change your face

Exercise 1

Place the tip of the tongue on the roof of the mouth, just behind the upper teeth, and press it against the hard palate. Push the rest of the tongue against the roof of the mouth. Close your mouth and breathe normally, trying to maintain the posture all the time.

Exercise 2

If you can’t do the previous exercise, try this one:

Say the sound of the letter “N.” Then hold the position. This stance adopted is correct. Suck the back of the tongue towards the palate. Put some pressure on the most back part of the tongue and keep that pressure, bringing everything to the top. Hold this position; she is just the right one. If you forget how to do it, just repeat the sound of the letter “N” again.

Exercise 3

Here’s another exercise:

Take a chewing gum and spread it all over the roof of your mouth. Start at the back of your teeth, spreading as far as you can to the bottom. When you’re done, chew the gum again and repeat the process.
