3 eggs 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder 2 cups of wheat flour with baking powder 1 cup of sugar 150 ml of liquid milk 150 g of margarine 1 tablespoon of blue aniline gel

Method of preparation

Beat the butter, eggs and sugar in a mixer for 3 minutes. Add the flour with the chocolate and milk. Add the aniline, beat for another 4 minutes, place in a greased pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Test with a toothpick before removing from the oven.

Ingredients

Pasta

1 cup and a half (tea) of whole milk 1 tablespoon (soup) of lemon juice 1 cup (tea) of unsalted butter at room temperature 1 cup and a half (tea) of sugar 3 eggs 1 tablespoon (soup) of essence vanilla 1 and a half cups (tea) of wheat flour 1 tablespoon (soup) of chocolate powder 1 and a half tablespoons (soup) of baking powder 1 teaspoon (tea) of red liquid coloring

Filling and Covering

2 cups (tea) cream cheese (450 g) half a cup (tea) unsalted butter at room temperature 1 tablespoon vanilla essence 1 and a half cups (tea) sifted icing sugar

Method of preparation

Pasta

In a container, mix the milk with the lemon juice. Set aside until cooked. In a mixer, beat the butter with the sugar until you obtain a whitish mixture. With the mixer running, add the eggs, one by one. Add the vanilla and beat. In a container, sift the wheat flour, chocolate powder and baking powder. With the mixer running at low speed, alternate adding the milk with the lemon juice and sifted dry ingredients. Add the coloring and mix well. The color of the dough should be very red, if necessary, add more coloring. Pour the mixture into three round molds (20 cm in diameter) lined with baking paper on the bottom and sides and bake in a preheated medium oven (180°C), for around 50 minutes.

Filling and Covering

In a mixer, beat the cream cheese with the butter until you get a very smooth cream. Add the vanilla essence and beat. Add the powdered sugar and beat well. Reserve in the refrigerator.

Assembly

Once the dough is cold, cut it horizontally into 3 parts. Use the pan you baked the cake in to assemble. Place one of the parts of the dough and add a layer of filling. Add the other dough and some more filling, finishing with the last dough. Place in the freezer for about 1 hour. Unmold the cake and cover with the topping. Use the cake crumbs and red fruits for decoration.

Ingredients

1 can of condensed milk 2 tablespoons of butter 1/2 package of strawberry-flavored gelatin powder (17.5 g) 1/3 cup (tea) of pink crystal sugar for coating

Method of preparation

In a thick-bottomed pan, mix the condensed milk with the butter and gelatin. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes or until it thickens and comes away from the bottom. Transfer to a plate greased with butter, cover with plastic wrap close to the candy and place in the refrigerator to cool slightly. With your hands greased with butter, shape balls with 1 tablespoon of the dough. Cover in crystal sugar and place in disposable molds.

Pudding

1 can of dulce de leche 2 measures (from the can) of whole milk 3 eggs

Method of preparation

Syrup

In a wide-bottomed pan, melt the sugar until golden. Add the hot water and stir with a spoon. Let it boil until the sugar lumps dissolve and the syrup thickens. Line a mold with a central hole (19 cm in diameter) with the syrup and set aside.

Pudding

In a blender, blend all the pudding ingredients and pour into the reserved mold. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven (180°C), in a bain-marie, for around 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once cold, refrigerate for about 6 hours. Unmold and serve next.
