These ladies were in charge of providing assistance to those condemned to death and on the day of the death of Jesus of Nazareth known as Good Friday, Celestina had to go to Calvary and give water from her pitcher to the crucified.

He gave water to Dimas and Gestas, but he was afraid of the Jewish guards and priests and the consequences that attending the other crucified man could bring, so he did not give fresh water to Jesus. For this reason his punishment would be to suffer thirst, heat and loneliness in Purgatory eternally.

Another story tells that the anima sola was a powerful sorceress who used her knowledge and strength to do evil, and when she died her spirit was invoked by people who wanted to harm others.

They say that he is in charge of other low-light spirits who also carry out this type of work and regardless of what they must do to achieve it, which is why many affirm that it is necessary to be careful with what is asked.

It is necessary to be clear that the tendency of this spirit to do both good and evil is due to its low light, which leads it to mix with white magic and other not so good magic.

Remember that asking for a favor entails payment, therefore, you must give her what was agreed without changing anything that was offered, because she is usually vindictive.
