The trick is the following. We start by putting the pan on the heat and adding a good handful of coarse salt. Enough to completely cover the base. As it reaches temperature, we must move it until it begins to sizzle and toast. At that moment we will remove the salt (it is advisable not to throw it directly into the trash, because it would burn the bag) and we remove the pan from the heat.

We must let the pan rest for a few minutes, until it is warm. At that moment we must add a splash of oil and spread it. This will make the pan non-stick again.

Of course, they warn that the effectiveness of this technique is temporary, because after washing the pan it sticks again, so the process should always be repeated before using it.

To carry out this technique you just have to follow a few simple steps with elements that you can find in any kitchen. You only have to have the following ingredients: salt, baking soda, detergent and kitchen paper.

The first thing we must do is fill the bottom of the pan with salt. Once done, we must cover the area with baking soda. Afterwards, apply a few drops of detergent and spread everything well.

Once this is achieved, you have to cover everything with kitchen paper and spray it with cleaning vinegar. We let it sit for 30 minutes and clean. The dirt will go away easily and the bottom of the pan will be like new.
