Deep hydration: 5 recipes for dry and damaged hair

1 – Deep hydration with aloe vera

You will need:

1 aloe leaf 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon organic coconut oil 2 tablespoons hair mask thermal cap

Way of doing

Cut the sides of the aloe leaf. Remove the rest of the leaf with the help of a knife and extract the gel. Place the gel in the blender and blend. Mix all ingredients well in a container. Wash your hair with shampoo, remove excess water and apply the mixture to the strands, covering them (slide your hands repeatedly along the entire length until you reach the end of the ends). Make a bun, put on a thermal cap and let it act for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Rinse, apply conditioner, rinse again and finish in your preferred way.

You will need:

3 tablespoons of honey 2 tablespoons of hair mask 1 tablespoon of organic coconut oil thermal cap

Way of doing

You will need:

1 tablespoon of cornstarch 1/2 glass of water 2 tablespoons of honey 2 tablespoons of hair mask

Way of doing

Bring the cornstarch and water to the boil and stir until a paste forms. In a container, mix all the ingredients. Wash your hair with shampoo, remove excess water and apply the mixture to the strands, covering them (slide your hands repeatedly along the entire length until you reach the end of the ends). Make a bun and wait 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse well, apply conditioner and rinse again.

You will need:

1 cap of D-panthenol 1 tablespoon of saline solution 2 tablespoons of hair mask thermal cap

You will need:

3 tablespoons of organic coconut oil 3 tablespoons of hair mask 1 ampoule of vitamin 2 tablespoons of saline solution thermal cap
