My father was born on 12/31/1924, drinks a bottle of wine almost every day, LOVES pork, pork rinds, oxtails, mocotó, “dirty” beans, pork ribs, pies, candy, chocolate and a cachacinha that no one is made of iron… and has an excellent memory, studies english, italian and spanish. No cholesterol, diabetes or heart problems, well… so what? Food or genetics…or luck?
