O awesome.club studied the family tree of some celebrities and discovered that they belong to the same (albeit distant) family as Queen Elizabeth II and her extensive descendants.

In 2014 Angelina Jolie received the title of lady of the queen, but it was discovered that he was already part of the royal family as he was a descendant of the French King Philip II. Furthermore, the actress is part (albeit distantly) of the dynasty through her French-Canadian ancestors, related to Duchess Camilla of Cornwall.

The pop diva and the British queen are related to a common ancestor, the English King Henry II, one of the descendants who crossed the ocean and settled in the southern United States.

Patrick Lyon, the 3rd Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne, is a common ancestor of Cara Delevingne and Elizabeth II. He represents the real great-grandfather of the sixth generation of the maternal lineage and is the ninth-generation great-grandfather of Cara.

Tom Hanks is linked to the British monarchs through a common ancestor: Baron William FitzHugh. Prince William is the 16th generation third cousin of Tom Hanks.

You will be surprised, but Brad Pitt is the great-grandson of the English King Henry III, in the twenty-fourth generation, and also a cousin of Prince William, in the seventeenth generation.
