Rolando Toro began to perform a system of exercises accompanied by music. At first he called his method psychodanza and later biodanza. Little by little he extended his method to other fields other than health, such as education. In this case, biodanza was focused on improving emotional management and relationships. In this way, a new way of learning without being competitive was born, promoting empathy and care through contact with the group, nature and oneself.
