He commands plenty, in addition to ordering all others to service on behalf of human beings. Therefore, in all hierarchies they contribute to spiritual elevation.

Cherubim are the ones who pass the messages and serve as guards. They are responsible for wisdom and guard the path to the Tree of Life. All of them are the most cited, appearing in many books and 80 times or so.

For example, Ezekiel talks about everyone before his vision and until he discovers the purpose. In addition, there is also the story of the Ark of the Covenant. The thrones collect the power of God and pass it on to the lower angels. Traditionally, they are called “Sedes Dei”, which symbolizes “Sedes of God”. This category represents those who show themselves below, being able to justify the Divine Omnipotence. These angels are those who are mentioned by Paul the apostle.

They serve the Creator and are also called erelins or ofanims. Generally, they are seen as the 24 angels who act in the presence of the Lord, in addition to presenting the divine crowns. In this hierarchy, all thrones are led by Tsaphkiel, who has a strong connection to Earth.

Directing all Planes of Eternal Wisdom, the second category of angels relates projects to the last and complements all three. They look after all humanity, in addition to being responsible for all purposes of the Universe. Those represented are: virtues, dominations and powers.

These angels exist to contemplate the Church and pass on all aspects that are present in Holy Scripture. More than that, they are applauded by the Ecumenical Councils, which speak for the priests and symbolize all the devout and faithful. Continue reading the article to understand this category!

Principalities are those that people regard as mentors or watchers. They all care for countries, kingdoms, states and territories guided by the fauna, flora and the protectors of the Earth. They are represented by hands with crosses and scepters.

There is also a necessary sequence for the positioning of each one, and it is the following: Vehuel, Daniel, Hahasiah, Imamaiah, Nanael, Nithael, Mebahiah and Poie. The separation in this category concerns the power and duty of each one, taking into account the dimension.

As much as the Archangels are below the hierarchy, they do not lose their importance. In this category, it is possible to identify Gabriel, who was responsible for making the announcement to Mary and talking about the birth of Jesus. They are guided to the custody of all the parents who constitute a family.

The prince of this hierarchy is Miguel, because he uses a sword and a shield, has the gift of courage to face something very difficult and helps all his devotees. This sequence is marked by the angels: Nemamiah, Heialel, Harahel, Mitzrael, Umabel, Iah-Hel, Anauel and Mehiel.

The Angels are the last of the third hierarchy and give fundamentalism to the category. They are loaded with a lot of light, in addition to fulfilling their functions aimed at the development of human beings.

Here, the prince is Gabriel, because he is the messenger of God. In Hebrew culture he is the angel of hope, and in the Qur’an he is defined as a guardian angel. This category ends with: Damabiah, Manakel, Ayel, Habuiah, Rochel, Yabamiah, Haiaiel and Muniah.

Before the Bible, angels are related according to functions and powers. In the scriptures, hierarchies are defined according to those who are closest to God. With spiritual, intellectual, and moral designations, they are invisible to the eye.

In the Bible, they carry out orders in the face of a redemption that is guided by the Creator. The word “angel” symbolizes “messenger”. To understand these definitions beyond messengers, servants and almost humans, read the topics below!

In several passages of the Bible, in the Old Testament and in the New Testament, angels appear to people to present God’s messages. Gabriel, for example, acted as a special angel sent by the Creator to announce Mary’s pregnancy and the birth of John the Baptist.

Other specifications indicate that these heavenly angels were assigned to reveal the will of the Lord, in addition to the messages that changed the lives of these people. In the New Testament, these messages were referred to angels who gazed at heaven or who passed on human messages.

Angels act as God’s servants, causing humans to be hit according to their timing. As much as people don’t understand how this works, the Bible doesn’t reveal all the characteristics of these heavenly beings either.

Before the Creator’s orders, they receive the adorations and contemplate the devotees. In addition, they act in a spiritual, powerful, personal and immortal way. In Nehemiah 9, they are called out exactly like this:

You alone are the Lord, you made heaven, the heaven of heavens, and all the host thereof, the earth and all that is in it, the seas and all that is in them; and you preserve them all alive, and the host of heaven worship you.

The angel who assumed human form was Raphael, because he was designated by God to accompany Tobias on a journey. This passage is in the Old Testament, presented in this way to guide the son of Tobit, who was in search of his father’s healing.

More than that, Rafael lived for a while among mortals and stayed with them for a few months. It has the purpose of helping people, ridding them of all existing evils on Earth, in addition to having its focus on physical and spiritual healing.

According to the Bible, there are other archangels, who are mentioned initially by: Michael, Gabriel and Raphael. The others are Salatiel, Uriel, Phanuel, Barachiel, Phanuel, Barachiel, Jehudiel, and Jegudiel, appearing in Enoch, which is the fourth rabbinical book.
