Aldi arrives in Asturias: this is the opening date of its first supermarket in the region

ALDI arrived in Spain in 2002 and currently has more than 380 supermarkets throughout the country. To support its sustained growth in Spain, the company has announced that plans to hire more than 1,000 employees during the last quarter of this year. These regions are positioned as the second in the highest volume of new employees, only behind Catalonia.

ALDI boosts its expansion in Spain: thirteen more stores in November

The inauguration of the first ALDI in Asturias is part of the solid expansion plan that ALDI is carrying out in the country this 2022 and with which it plans to add more than 40 new stores before the end of the year. In this sense, on November 16, the company will also inaugurate a new supermarket in Dénia (Alicante) and will inaugurate a new supermarket in the city of Madrid, in the district of Carabanchel. ALDI also plans to open new stores on November 23 in Zaragoza, Alcorcón and Tenerifeand the November 30four more distributed by Torremolinos (Málaga), Huelva, Barcelona and Madrid capital.

In addition to these openings, the supermarket chain will change the location of three more supermarkets in Barcelona, Valencia and Alicante.
