9 Types of Pain That Can Be Dangerous If Ignored

The so-called referred or indicated pains are those that manifest themselves in points distant from Organs stimulated organs. Today’s post from awesome.club presents 9 types of referred pain that you need to know and should never ignore.

Early and timely diagnosis is extremely important and can indicate potentially dangerous situations.

Referred pain table

Referred pain, as we previously reported, is discomfort in a place in the body that is not the source of the problem, but that warns that something is not right. The risk is that the person does not realize that they have a potentially serious problem, imagining that it may just be a common muscle pain. So let’s take a look at each point.

1. Heart

The discomfort that indicates heart problems can be located on the left side of the chest, something completely expected. However, you may also feel a pulsating pain inside left hand, or upper middle back.

2. Lung and diaphragm

If you have constant, nagging pain in your neck and shoulder, it may be time to pay a visit to the doctor so they can examine your lungs and diaphragm. This malaise can be the result of breathing problems or the phrenic nerve, which runs from the spine to the diaphragm, through the lungs.

3. Liver and gallbladder

4. Stomach and pancreas

5. Small intestine

Sharp pains in the abdominal area near the belly button can indicate problems with the small intestine.

6. Appendix and colon

Appendicitis and problems with the colon are relatively easy to identify, as the pain is located on the right side of the abdomen (right flank and right iliac fossa). If you have discomfort in this region, see a doctor and ask for an exam as soon as possible.

7. Kidneys

This kind of pain can be a little tricky to figure out because basically, focuses on the entire lower back, targeting the abdominal muscles, hips, and pelvis🇧🇷 If the pain does not go away, see a doctor.

8. Bladder

Pain caused by a bladder infection is sometimes located in the lower part of the pelvis, in the front or back.

9. Ovaries

As we have already said, it is very important to learn to recognize referred pain, as it can be an early stage of something much more serious.
