8 yoga poses to boost female fertility

Have you heard about the benefits of regular yoga practice? Among them are better flexibility, muscular strength, internal balance and harmony between body and mind. But there is another aspect of yoga that is especially important for women who are struggling to conceive.

1. Supported Bridge (Setu Bandhasana)
