6 Lymphatic drainage exercises to lose weight without diets

Lie on your back on a flat surface. Lift your elbows so that your fingers press into these areas, sinking them into the spaces; Inhale in the original position and exhale when pressing; Repeat the process 15 to 20 times.

Bonus: Lymphatic Drainage Facial Massage

The previous exercises affect the whole body; however, to quickly eliminate swelling in the morning, you can perform a specific facial massage:

Light finger movements from the middle of the forehead to the sides: 10 times; Movements with the index fingers of both hands over the bones, under the eyes, towards the side of the face: 10 times; Sliding the index fingers of both hands with light pressure: from the top of the upper lip to the sides; from the corner of the lips to the sides; from the center of the chin up and to the sides; Repeat everything 10 times.

To finish, make some sliding movements with your fingers down starting from the upper part of the forehead, passing through the entire face and neck, to make the lymph circulate.
