According to forecasts, in the year 2030, the Earth’s population will reach 9 billion people. Imagine that almost 100 years ago, in 1927, the population was 2 billion people, less than a third.

For the elimination of the substance, the company British Petroleum spent a billion dollars, but, despite all the efforts, the specialists managed to eliminate only 75% of the combustible material.

Annually, more than 260 million tons of plastic enter the ocean waters. This results in the formation of entire continents of plastic. The largest of them is in the Pacific Ocean, occupying almost 10% of its surface.

We know that all these problems are not simple to solve. The solution involves the joint effort of governments, NGOs, companies and people.

You can help by doing the simplest things: driving less by car (using public transport, walking short distances or going by bicycle) and taking small actions such as not using plastic bags when you go shopping in a supermarket.
