11 Stars (and stars) who overcame baldness by undergoing a hair transplant and became even prettier

Baldness, also known as androgenic alopecia, has several causes, such as genetics, poor diet and incorrect hair hygiene. Unfortunately, hair loss affects the self-esteem of men — and women alike — in a major way. But what many don’t know is that there are effective treatments that can reverse this condition, such as hair transplants.

That’s why we, from awesome.club, we selected photos of some celebrities who underwent this aesthetic procedure. The result, as you will see, has been converted into pure joy. But it is worth mentioning that, with full hair or not, we find these artists equally beautiful.

Rodrigo Faro, presenter of Record, was bothered by some flaws in his hair and decided to undergo a hair transplant in order to obtain a more youthful look. He claims he will keep his iconic quiff well into his 90s.

Faro was interviewed on “Programa do Porchat” and told a little about his biggest annoyance. “I had a dolphin forehead. The problem is, when I was younger, it had three fingers, and as I got older, it went to four, five. In 2015, Marcos Pasquim underwent his second hair transplant due to his dissatisfaction with his hair. The first aesthetic procedure was done in a traditional way and later, with more advanced age, the actor performed another technique, by which the follicles are implanted one by one and which does not leave marks visible to the naked eye.

Marcos was encouraged by his profession. “Not having hair, I can do it. The problem is creating hair. If I had to wear a wig on stage, it would bother me”, said the actor.

Before performing the transplant in 2021, Sergio Guizé invested in other treatments without much success. So, he overcame his fears, bet everything on the aesthetic procedure and was very happy with the result. “Self-esteem is at the top. It was one of the best things I’ve done in my life in my 40 years”, revealed the actor.

In 2015, Luciano Camargo, country singer, performed the procedure with a technique called FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction or Extraction of Follicular Units, in Portuguese), by which the follicles are removed one by one and are implanted in the bald part. The result was great, isn’t it?

Just as Malvino Salvador said that all care is essential, the singer’s doctor stressed the same. Running your hand or towel through your hair after the procedure can simply remove all the work done.

After suffering from baldness for a few years, Lucas Lucco decided to put an end to his sadness in 2020. The singer reported that he started to go bald at age 22 and that, in recent years, the process has accelerated. Therefore, he underwent hair transplantation and was very happy with the result. Lucas shared the details on his social networks and had the help of his wife, Lorena Carvalho, to publicize the process.

In 2015, Larissa Manoela fell from a horse during the recording of Cúmplices de um Resgate, an SBT soap opera. Unfortunately, the incident left the famous with a scar that bothered her and was covered with makeup when she practiced her profession. To put an end to this story, Larissa opted for a hair transplant five years later to recover the lost strands, feel more secure and also to raise her self-esteem.

To reduce her forehead and the hairline that bothered her, Monyse Garcia, youtuber, performed the aesthetic procedure in Turkey. Monyse shared all the little details of the implant on her channel, including the results and her joy.

In the early 1970s, Elton John began to lose his hair. A poor quality dye further aggravated the situation. The singer revealed that, in 1976, he had almost no hair left and that, unfortunately, his face was not acceptable without hair, comparing himself to the character Shrek. I thought it might affect my career,” said Nesbitt. The famous also came to do several treatments approved by the Food Drug Administration (FDA) to improve his hair profile and prevent baldness.
