Life is a one way road, but there are many ways to get to the end.: walking, jumping, crawling, crawling, running, little steps, strides, jerks, flying, digging, flowing, diving… But, in any case, you get to the end of the journey.

Imagine traveling with a backpack on your back. full of unspoken words, past and unresolved stories and unresolved emotions, anchored in a past that no longer has a two-way street, imagine a backpack full of worries about what has happened and what can happen to us in life… and everything it without realizing that you are missing the opportunity to enjoy it, the present.

The stories lived leave traces and scars, especially if they are hard and painful. They mark and condition us in one way or another, just like the past emotions that one tries to process through their own means and according to their knowledge. Digesting them, channeling them, sometimes ignoring or hiding them, are efforts that become a heavy burden, both mental and physical.
