Do not be weary of evildoers, nor be envious of those who work iniquity.
For soon they will wither like grass, and wither like green grass.
Trust in the Lord and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and thou shalt be fed in safety.
Delight yourself also in the Lord, and he will give you what your heart desires.
Commit your way to the Lord; trust him, and he will do everything.
And he will make your righteousness shine like the light, and your justice like the noonday.
Rest in the Lord, and wait on him; do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who carries out evil designs.
Leave anger, and forsake wrath; do not be angry, for this only leads to the practice of evil.
For evildoers will be cut off, but those who wait on the Lord will inherit the land.
For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be; thou shalt look at its place, and it shall not be there.
But the meek will inherit the earth, and they will delight in the abundance of peace.
The wicked plot against the righteous, and gnash their teeth against him
But the Lord laughs at the wicked, for he sees that his day is coming.
The wicked have drawn the sword and drawn the bow, to overthrow the power and the needy, and to slay those who are upright in their way.
But their sword will enter their hearts, and their bows will be broken.
Better the little that the righteous have than the riches of many wicked people.
For the arms of the wicked will be broken, but the Lord upholds the righteous.
The Lord knows the days of the righteous, and their inheritance will endure forever.
They will not be ashamed in the day of evil, and in the days of famine they will be satisfied.
But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the Lord shall be like the beauty of the pastures; will disappear, in smoke they will dissolve.
The wicked borrows and does not pay; but the righteous have mercy and give.
For those who are blessed by the Lord will inherit the land, but those who are cursed by him will be cut off.
Confirmed by the Lord are the steps of man in whose path he delights.
Even if he falls, he will not be prostrate, for the Lord holds his hand.
I was young, and now I’m old; but I have never seen the righteous forsaken, nor his offspring begging for bread.
He is always generous, and he lends, and his offspring are blessed.
Depart from evil and do good; and you will have a permanent abode.
For the Lord loves righteousness and does not forsake his saints. They will be preserved forever, but the offspring of the wicked will be cut off.
The righteous will inherit the earth and dwell in it forever.
The mouth of the righteous utters wisdom; his tongue speaks what is right.
The law of your God is in your heart; they will not slip their steps.
The wicked stalks the righteous, and seeks to kill him.
The Lord will not leave him in his hands, nor will he condemn him when he is judged.
Wait on the LORD, and go his way, and he will exalt you to inherit the land; thou shalt see it when the wicked are cut off.
I saw a wicked man full of arrogance, and spreading like a green tree in his native land.
But I passed, and he was gone; I looked for it, but it could not be found.
Note the upright man, and consider the upright, for there is a happy future for the man of peace.
As for the transgressors, they will be destroyed with one another, and the seed of the wicked will be cut off.
But the salvation of the righteous is from the Lord; he is his strength in the time of trouble.
And the Lord helps them and delivers them; he delivers them from the wicked and saves them, because in him they take refuge.

Blessed is he who fears the LORD and walks in his ways! You will eat of the work of your hands, happy will you be, and everything will go well for you. Your wife will be like a fruitful vine within your house; your children like olive shoots around your table. Behold how blessed the man who fears the LORD will be!
