I received this sympathy from a great regular at Blog da Bruxa, who commented on one of the posts. She said it worked for her, that she managed to lose weight, greatly improving her quality of life. She also commented that she is currently having difficulty putting on weight.

The sympathy to lose weight is very simple, with some household items you can do it.

Required Material:

1 green lemon; 100 ml of water; 1 knife; 1 glass; Cotton.

How to do Sympathy:

To start Slimming Sympathy, go to the place where you feel most comfortable at home. The place where you spend the most time. Be it in the living room in front of the TV, in the bedroom, on the computer…

Start by pouring the 100 ml of water into the glass. Next, cut the lemon in half and squeeze as much of it into the water as possible.

Take 3 sips and put the rest somewhere in the room. Now place the cotton inside the glass with the rest of the lemon juice.

Take the glass and place it somewhere in the room, it can be on the TV shelf, on the computer desk, it has to be in a place where you have eye contact.

Leave the cup there for 2 weeks.
