PRAYER TO CHANGÓ: To defeat enemies, justice, and more

The God of thunder and lightning, fire, dance and justice, is one of the four main orishas of the Yoruba pantheon and one of the most revered, he can be asked for prosperity, health, peace, love and protection, through prayer to Changó.

Prayer to Changó

First of all, it is important to know that Changó, Shangó or Ṣàngó is a deity belonging to the Yoruba Pantheon.

In the historical aspect it is indicated that he was the fourth king in the city of Oyo or Aláàfìn Òyó, also called Yakutá which means the stone thrower and Obakoso, the king of Kosso.

Prayer to Changó for justice

To request this type of request, Chango is given as an offering: four green bananas and four red apples bathed with honey and red wine. (See article: Prayer to Obatalá)

It is placed in a corner of the house for sixteen days and then placed under a palm tree or in a shady place, lighting a red candle daily and accompanied by prayer to Changó for justice.
