Sit in a quiet place, where no one will disturb you, and focus on this Easter prayer:

“Easter means rebirth. I wish that on this day, when we Christians celebrate the passage to eternal life, we can also be reborn in our hearts.
That in this special moment of reflection, we can remember those who are afflicted and without hope. Let’s say a prayer for those who don’t do it anymore, because they lost faith in a new beginning, they forgot that life is an eternal resurgence.
Don’t let us forget that, even in the most difficult moments of our path, you are with us in our hearts, because even if we have already forgotten you, you never do. For you suffered the martyrdom of the cross in the name of the Father and for humanity, which is often forgotten.
