You must divide the sheet in two with a pencil line. At the top write MY WISHES and below that list everything you want for your new life, for your new beginning. At the bottom write ‘my current life’ and under that list everything you need to take out of your life.

Place the 3 bay leaves on top of the leaf and fold the leaf into 3 parts. Then say the following prayer: “Lord God, creator of heaven and earth, mighty is your name, great is your mercy!
