ESP – Extrasensory Perception is viewed with great respect by experts in the field of parapsychology. It consists of the human being’s ability to perceive things that go beyond the five senses. It covers a range of abilities, such as clairvoyance, premonition, telepathy, dowsing, telekinesis, remote viewing, among others.

This term was adopted in 1934 by Dr J. Beno, one of the greatest researchers in the field of psychology and paranormality, who carried out many studies on the subject at Duke University, in North Carolina – USA.

People with this ability are able to obtain information without using normal sensory channels, having a more comprehensive perception of objects and events around them or far away.

During the Cold War, the American army, like the Soviet Union, formed an army of people with this ability to help them in combat. They used the technique called “remote viewing”, which is currently being spread by a former employee of the CIA – Central Intelligence Agency.

1. Find a quiet, peaceful place to focus. Then close your eyes and breathe in slowly through your nose, placing the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth.
