Mahatma Gandhi was a leader of the Indian independence movement and was known for being an enlightened person, as he practiced non-violence. He believed that it was possible to change the world without having to take up arms and hurt other humans, animals and destroy cities. One of his best-known quotes is: “be the change you want to see in the world”, but what did he mean by that?

The world will change behind, but nothing will happen if we keep acting and thinking like we used to, emanating the destructive energy we are used to.
