• The Basic chakra is located at the base of the spine and is stimulated by the color red. The stones of this chakra are ruby, red quartz, garnet, hematite and red jasper.
• The Sacral chakra is located in the lower abdomen and is stimulated by the color orange. The stones of this chakra are orange calcite, carnelian, coral, crocoite and fire opal.
• The Solar Plexus chakra is located above the navel and is stimulated by the color yellow. The stones of this chakra are citrine, sulfur, amber, imperial topaz and yellow calcite.
• The Heart chakra is located in the heart and is stimulated by the colors green and pink. The stones in this chakra are green quartz, green calcite, green tourmaline, malachite, rose quartz, pink calcite, pink tourmaline and rhodochrosite.
• The Throat chakra is located in the throat and is stimulated by the sky blue color. The stones in this chakra are blue topaz, turquoise, blue calcite, blue quartz and angelite.
• The forehead chakra is located on the forehead and is stimulated by the indigo blue color. The stones in this chakra are sodalite, blue sapphire, lapis lazuli, blue tourmaline and azurite.
• The Crown chakra is located at the top of the head and is stimulated by the colors violet, gold and white. The stones of this chakra are quartz crystal, diamond, colorless topaz, amethyst, charoite, fluorite, pyrite, golden calcite and ametrine.
