There are days when it doesn’t work. It seems that everything goes wrong and keeping calm and tranquility becomes an impossible mission. It turns out that the more nervous we get, the more problems we face, as we attract the energy we emanate to the Universe. You must have seen the movie “A Day of Rage”, with Michael Douglas. In it, the protagonist starts having fits of rage and his day only gets worse. The only way to change the situation is to break the cycle. A meditation or tranquility prayer will help you get things right.

You balance energies when you return to your state of calm and inner peace. It sounds easier than it is, but it’s not impossible. A good way to start this shift is to say a tranquility prayer, which will bring you back to a more serene state. Prayer of Tranquility

“Lord Jesus, I feel so much affliction inside me!
Anxieties, irritations, fears, despair, and so many things go through my mind.
I ask you to calm my spirit, to give me Your refreshment.
Help me to relax and rest, for I need it, my Lord!
Afflictions consume me, and I don’t know how to silence them.
Take everything that leaves me like this in Your hands and take it far away; all pain, suffering, problems, bad thoughts and feelings, remove from me, I ask in Your name Lord Jesus; calm me, comfort me.
Replace this burden I have been carrying with the Lord’s, which is light and easy.
Strengthen my trust in You within me.
I ask for the anointing and visitation of Your comforting Holy Spirit, who inspired the Psalmist David to record with perfection. Your faithfulness in the verses of Psalm 23, saying that the Lord is the shepherd of those who believe in You and seek You, and that the Lord provides everything for these, without them having to worry or grieve.
The Lord is the one who gives peace to his people, who makes them rest in perfect emotional and spiritual balance, blessing them with abundance and honor.
And because you are faithful forever, and God of peace and order, I already receive your peace and tranquility.
I believe in my heart that the Lord is already taking care of everything to be okay. I thank You, Jesus, in Your name.
