Ingredients

• 500 g of lentils;
• 200 g of bacon;
• 2 liters of water;
• 2 slices of calabrese sausage;
• Green smell to taste;
• 1 large chopped onion;
• 3 cloves of garlic;
• 2 bay leaves;
• Salt to taste;
• Black pepper to taste.

Preparation mode

You will cook the lentils in a pressure cooker with water. As soon as the cooker gets pressure, dial 20 minutes on the clock.

While the lentils are cooking, fry the bacon and pepperoni with garlic, onion and parsley in another pan.

Once the lentil is cooked, add it to the fried ingredients. Finally, add the salt and bay leaves.

Let the mixture boil until creamy. If necessary, add another glass of water.

This recipe takes 30 minutes to prepare and yields 14 servings.

Ingredients

• 250 g of lentils;
• 2 pepperoni slices;
• 1 piece of bacon;
• 1 can of corn;
• 1 can of peas;
• 2 diced tomatoes;
• 500 g of seasoned flour;
• 1 red pepper;
• 1 yellow pepper;
• Green smell to taste;
• Salt to taste.

Preparation mode

Soak the lentils in a bowl of water for 1 hour. Then put the lentils in a pan and cook them until al dente.

In another pan, fry the bacon and pepperoni. Then add the lentil to the pan where the bacon and pepperoni are and saute everything.

Then, throw in the seasoned flour and that’s it! Just serve!

This recipe takes 30 minutes to prepare and yields 15 servings.
