Know spell to improve the environment at work

Having good relationships at work is something that is not always easy to achieve, but the truth is that it is the most necessary thing to be able to work in peace and without fear. If we only count the hours we spend in the company where we work, interacting daily with colleagues, we will see that there are much more than those we allocate to other activities.

Therefore, having good relations with colleagues, maintaining an atmosphere of respect, influences the quality of life of people in the work environment. We know that for some reason, whatever the cause, we don’t always get along with a colleague, which makes the lives of those involved a disaster in the day-to-day of the company. Worse is when the boss or the company does not take concrete steps to solve the problem. To perform Spell to improve the work environment, you need: a green candle, a red candle, a sheet of paper, a fabric bag or pink envelope, a piece of pink thread and a blue pen.

The first thing you should do is place the two candles side by side on your work table or somewhere you can do this in a quiet way. You must first light the green candle representing work and then the red one. This is what the employment relationship represents. Then you must take the paper and write on it the name of the person, or people, with whom you want to have a better relationship.

When you have written it, it’s time to draw a straight line on the side of the name or names since on the other side of the line you will write your name. Take the red candle and place some melted wax on the paper over the names. Do it carefully so as not to burn yourself. Then do the same with the green candle. Immediately fold the paper into quarters so that it sticks together.

Now, take the paper and place it inside the bag or envelope, you can fold it as many times as you need to make it fit in it. Tie the bag with string and keep it with you. It can be in your purse or in a place of your own. Now say it like this: “Loving Father, I humbly ask for your help to power. Finding Peace in the place where I work. Please save me from any negative fear or emotion that triggers conflicts in my relationships with my co-workers. Now I find myself happy when I get up to go to work in the morning. I ask you to help me manifest this vision. Amen”.

Blow out the candles and throw them in the trash.
