How to make simple creamy hot chocolate?
First, we separate a very simple recipe to make at home and that will be ready in a few minutes. You will be surprised by the taste:
Ingredients
- 2 cups (tea) milk
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 3 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 box of sour cream
Preparation mode
1- In a blender, beat the milk, cornstarch, chocolate powder and sugar.
2- Pour the mixture into a pan with the cinnamon and take it to the low fire, always stirring until it boils.
3- Turn off, add the cream and stir well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
4- Remove the cinnamon and serve hot.

Hot chocolate with vanilla

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1 box of sour cream
- 250 ml milk
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- Cinnamon sticks
Preparation mode
1- In a pan, without turning on the fire, mix the cocoa powder, sugar and milk cream until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
2- Add the milk and the aroma if you prefer and take it to the medium fire until it boils.
3- When it starts to boil, wait approximately 1 minute and serve hot in cups with a powdered cinnamon stick to decorate.

Ninho milk is a hit in all the bakery’s recipes and makes your hot chocolate even more delicious. You won’t regret trying this option:
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of Ninho milk
- 500ml of milk
- 3 tablespoons of powdered chocolate (if using chocolate, add 1 or 2 tablespoons more)
- 1 tablespoon (dessert) corn starch
- pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Preparation mode
1- In the blender, add the Ninho milk, milk, chocolate powder, corn starch and cinnamon;
2- Beat everything for 2 minutes;
3- Pour this mixture into a pan, bring to medium heat;
4- Stir constantly, until it starts to thicken;
5- Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
