1. Dysregulated sleep (and more libido)<\/h3>\n

American researchers analyzed the habits of sleep<\/strong> of 63 women and found something curious: those who considered having an attractive partner slept less during the night, and those who thought their partner was not so beautiful rested for longer periods. The relationship between ovulation and the outcome of this study – published in the scientific journal PLOS ONE<\/em> \u2013 is that, unconsciously, women are more willing to have children to whom they are attracted. Then, when her partner is handsome, she tends to spend more time awake due to her overactive sex life \u2013 something that happens precisely at this stage of the menstrual cycle.<\/p>\n

2. Good humor in the heights<\/h3>\n

Spanish scientists accompanied women who ovulated without the intervention of hormones during the month and others who used contraceptives. What the researchers noticed was that the first group showed more positive emotions and good mood when compared to the second. The reason? They imagine that it is because these characteristics could help the woman to attract a partner, after all, the body understands that the ovulatory period is the perfect time for this.<\/p>\n

3. Breast tenderness<\/h3>\n

You may feel your breasts are more sensitive during this time of the month. This can happen for two reasons: the first is the high libido caused by ovulation \u2013 a more active sex life can trigger sensitivity in the region, especially around the nipples; and the second has to do with the levels of circulating hormones in the body, which stimulate certain mammary glands. Anyway, it’s normal for this to happen, so don’t worry.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
