What is The Umbrella Academy on Netflix?
The Umbrella Academy is an American superhero television series released on Netflix in February 2019 and based on the comic book series of the same name.
It follows the story of a dysfunctional family of adopted sailing superheroes who reunite to solve the mystery of their father’s death.
After the first series received such positive reviews, it was renewed for a second series which just released on Netflix in July 2020.
What is the Umbrella Challenge on TikTok?
In collaboration with the release of The Umbrella Academy season 2, TikTok made a viral challenge related to the show.
The TikTok Umbrella Challenge follows the same concept as the Wipe It Down Challenge, but this time with an umbrella.
It’s about holding an umbrella, opening it, and then when you close it again, your clothes and your entire appearance have changed.
