Waking up at 3am spiritual meaning

Have you noticed that you wake up at the same time every night? 1am, 2am, 3am, 4am or even 5am? Do you wake up in the middle of the night?

Do you feel like the world is asleep but you’re awake? The world is dark and from time to time you can hear the strange car rushing by. You want to go back to sleep, but you can’t. It’s true that we all wake up a bit during the night as we focus on the different sleep cycles. Sometimes we wake up when our temperature is too high, but do we naturally wake up at that point? So you’re wondering what on earth that actually means! Look no further as we will review why you are waking up spiritually those early hours of the morning. Yes, that’s no coincidence. When I was developing my intermediate skills something went wrong with this website that I was dying to wake up at night. At 3-4 am I had to immediately write about a certain topic, add more content or sort out bugs or whatever else was needed to keep the site. In fact, my best work was at 3am. The creepy and slightly creepy thing was that I woke up at 3am sharp every morning, no doubt about it. In fact, it became so regular that I planned to go to bed at 8-9pm, wake up at 3am, and then go back to sleep between 5am and 6am. What trouble, I thought. Why couldn’t I sleep through the night like everyone else?

In fact, I couldn’t think of anything. Then the opportunity to wake up at 3am became more and more depending on the stress in my life, the needs of others or the demands of the medium, and I started researching to try to understand the reason why you and I would wake up in the middle of the night – from a spiritual point of view. Then I remembered when I started my spiritual life journey on the other side, when I was ten thirty years ago, I woke myself up around 2am every morning. In fact, anyone who is “spiritually conscious” tends to wake up in the early hours of the morning. So yes, the ghost wakes you up when you’re sound asleep!

To understand why you wake up at 3am or whatever hour in the morning we need to examine the ‘spiritual side’ of life, but also the energy we put into our bodies and what that means in everyday life! When we sleep we receive messages from the Divine and this can be part of our energy. After all, our bodies are full of energy fields. When we turn to Zen Buddhism and there is a connection between the dark body and the human body, this is awake and the relationship with the spirit. The nightly events of awakening can give us a deeper perspective on life. The dark darkness of the sky is usually a time when we think about all the elements we need – work, relationships, health, family and wealth. Many people, like you, will wake up in the middle of the night and be unable to get back to sleep. Maybe you’re surfing Google or worrying about how to pay the bills.

I usually wake up around 3 a.m., but sometimes I wake up at 4 a.m. If I wake up at 5 a.m., I usually stay awake. Yes, that happens most nights. What impressed me was the immense heat I feel. I wake up sweating, boiling hot and have to walk around for a while or even go outside. Well, it’s been like this for about twenty years. The most important element we need to remove from this is the fact that between 3am and 5am spiritual reality is at its thinnest. We hear about it a lot on Halloween night. This is when the spirit connects with and provides you with specific clues, ideas, and ultimately messages. Yes, it is important that you listen to all messages that come in during this time. You may not think very much about the fact that the fact that you are hot or sweating is just due to an illness. The heat is the fact that with the above you are “communicating”, yes, spiritually connecting to another dimension. Understanding what these messages are takes some work and time.

First, instead of just jumping up. and try to use your imagination to create calm. You need to settle into a phase of visualization that not only makes you feel protected, but comfortable. I often deal with these nocturnal awakenings by imagining a temple, a place in nature, or a castle. This is a place where both our physical and spiritual paths meet. You can use anything in your head when the veils between our waking world, the spiritual world, unite. This is a place where the spirit can speak to you on its own terms. The only way to focus on it is to develop your mind and strength. Make sure you won’t be disturbed and set the atmosphere in your head to focus on what you want to communicate. Close your eyes and try to relax and focus on your breathing. As you relax, try to draw all your energies and create a sense of peace within. As it is very dark it will be easy to do this. When you take a deep breath, you will see a soft and gentle light that shines brilliantly. Once a spirit has connected with you, try to write down any messages or thoughts you have encountered. When you get the message, try to go back to sleep.

The other area I want to cover is that it’s important to say that we don’t have anything to distract us at night. We are known as “protected”, the problems are not protected. The light cannot hide our energy or our problems. Sometimes I tried to stay up as long as possible so I would be exhausted and then fall asleep and actually sleep after the 3am time bomb! Spiritually speaking, waking up between 1am and 5am is known as waking in the “hour of the wolf,” which puts the creepy werewolf in your mind. This “hour of the wolf” is known as the hour when people go to the other side. The sleepless night can be disturbing. So what about research? Research shows that the hours between 3am and 5am are related to when we are most vulnerable in life. This is when the army or special forces attack others, or when the enemy attacks the least often in the war. We believe that waking up during the night is not natural. Let’s check babies, they often wake up in the night for a feed. What about the studies? dr Thomas Wehr studied many subjects that awoke in the night. Did cavemen sleep more than us, for example, did they sleep better and due to our artificial light and modern world we woke up in the middle of the night as a result?

The study by Dr. Thomas Wehr came to the conclusion that our sleeping patterns have changed. Modern people sleep an average of seven to eight hours a night, which may be due to artificial lighting. This has resulted in sleep deprivation for us. He did a study and removed the lights from one group and the other group continued as usual. What was strange was the difference between the two. Those exposed to artificial light typically woke up at night after about four hours of sleep. The study found that the hormone “prolactin” was high in the bodies of those who woke up at night. This is the same hormone that makes the birds sit on their eggs and helps the animals rest.

So tomorrow night, make sure you don’t check your phone, go to your laptop or iPad and you can sleep better. Removing electronic devices affects your sleep pattern. To get back to the spiritual side of waking up at night, we need to review the ancient Hindu text known as the Mandukya Unpanishad. This text basically dealt with the awareness of having fallen asleep and why we wake up. It was believed that waking up in the night is a transcendent state that causes our mind to fall into the unknown. When we sleep we wake up open to spiritual contact.

Do we always need eight hours of sleep breaks? It’s just not true. So like I said, if you wake up in the middle of the night, get out of bed. Try to uncover the secret of your life, take some time to meditate and celebrate your loneliness!
