Two women wanted to travel to Greece. One of them already had a Schengen visa (which provides for free movement between European countries), while the other did not. After five days, the second one put on a real “show” because she was sure that, after that time, her visa would be ready. She complained for a week, demanding to cancel the trip and return her passport and money.

But then the long-awaited day arrived: they granted the visa for three years. However, upon opening her passport, she immediately threw a tantrum again. It turns out that on the day of the biometric recording, she didn’t make up. So she wouldn’t travel anywhere with that picture on her visa! The trip would take place in two days, but the woman demanded to redo the visa, as she came out poorly in the photo.

As a result, she herself tore the visa out of her passport, ran to the visa center and made a scandal. The consul went to talk to her, she started to shake her passport and the torn visa in his face. He finally got angry and annulled her visa. The woman began to call our managers, already threatening. She wrote two complaints. The next day, I went to the visa center again and tried my best to convince them to grant her a new visa.

Then the woman started demanding money for the visa whose photo she tore off. Finally, around midnight, she called and said, apologetically, “I’m calmer, forgive me.
