Prestige pudding: see how easy it is to make this irresistible dessert

Prestige pudding recipe

Ingredients for chocolate pudding

  • 1 box of condensed milk
  • 1 box of sour cream
  • 1 cup of powdered chocolate
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 1 packet of unflavored, colorless gelatin
  • 1/2 teacup of water

Ingredients for Coconut Pudding

  • 1 box of condensed milk
  • 1 box of sour cream
  • 200 ml of coconut milk
  • 1 packet of unflavored, colorless gelatin
  • 1/2 teacup of water
  • 100 g of grated coconut

Step by step

  1. We started with the chocolate pudding. In the blender, add the condensed milk, the cream, the chocolate powder and the milk;
  2. In a container, place the gelatin to hydrate with cold water. Stir to dissolve;
  3. Microwave this gelatin for 20 seconds, time to melt completely. Then take it to the blender with the other ingredients;
  4. Beat for two minutes to make everything even. If necessary, turn off the blender and, with the help of a spatula, scrape the sides, ensuring that all the ingredients are well mixed. Knock again;
  5. Grease a pudding mold with a drizzle of oil. Pour the blender mixture into the mold. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 20 minutes or until firm enough to receive the next layer.
  6. Wash the blender jar for the next process, the coconut pudding. After being clean to receive the new recipe, add the condensed milk, the cream and the coconut milk;
  7. Repeat the previous gelatin process. In a container, after adding water to hydrate it, take it to the microwave for 20 seconds. Transfer the gelatin to the blender and blend for approximately two minutes;
  8. Then add the grated coconut and mix with the spatula;
  9. Remove the mold from the freezer and add the coconut pudding on top of the chocolate layer;
  10. Cover again with plastic wrap. Take it to the fridge for two hours so that the candy is very firm and unmold!

Despite being two layers, the recipe is very practical to make, does not take eggs and does not go to the fire. And best of all, it tastes great!
