Marital crisis? Learn prayer to regain harmony

In a relationship, crises are inevitable. Whether dating, engagement or marriage, the couple will face difficult times. It’s part of growing up. Growth that will only happen if the couple understands that the crisis is a moment of rupture of the past, changes within the relationship and changes that each person has to make to improve.

Crisis is not synonymous with defeat or separation. Separation only occurs in the marital crisis if the love has ended, if the reason nothing changes in the couple’s life or if the couple does not want to discuss the relationship and/or the crisis that exists.

Crisis is a time to make amends, tidy up the house, the damage and even build a new house. Or rather, build a new phase of the union.

But, as they say, “swallow alone does not make a summer”. Therefore, for the hard phases to be faced by both parties, the couple has to want to overcome them and grow together with more love and union.

Prayer for the couple in crisis

Lord, my great God, I come into your presence at this moment to place the life of this couple in your hands. Lord, we believe that marriage is an institution established by the Lord and it pleases you that we live a happy and fulfilling marriage. Therefore, believing in your word that says that “what the Lord has joined together, man cannot separate”, I raise my voice at this moment against everything that is trying to rise against the life of this couple and I say:

“Evil that disturbs marital life so much, jealousy, fights, lack of trust, of respect, get out of this couple’s life and mind now, all feelings of rancor, hurt, thoughts of divorce and separation, leave now in Jesus name! All evil that is trying to separate this couple, be rebuked now in the name of Jesus Christ!

And I determine that in the life of this couple there is respect, peace, joys and a love that grows more each day, as it was in the beginning, that will grow and bear fruit in the name of Jesus. Amen”.
