Lack Attitude?

For some people what is missing is ATTITUDE. They are talented, intelligent but what paralyzes them is the absence, total or partial, of attitude.

Attitude, in Human Resources, means action, the purpose of acting, with effectiveness – achievement of objectives – and efficiency – doing more with less. The efficient person is the one who accomplishes his objectives and goals in less time or with fewer resources.

To increase your chances of success:

1) Make contacts: talk to people, publicize your talents. We are all talented in at least one area. Most people are talented in many areas. And since we live in society, money and recognition come from others. If we don’t want anything for ourselves and we volunteer for everything, who do we help? To others. Therefore, create and lovingly maintain a network of professional (and personal) contacts.

2) Commit: Thinking, imagining, dreaming is great. Telling everyone that you are going to do this or that can also be very positive. But commitment means that we really want to REALIZE something body and soul. There can be no doubts and no uncertainties here.

For example, I dream of a new job, where I can better explore my potential. Commitment means knowing when I’m going to accomplish it, for when my goal is: – “I’m going to get a great job by July.” July becomes mine deadline (deadline for completion), and the dream is a job. Thus, my goal is the dream + deadline for achievement = goal (commitment).

3) Move around: Attitude implies action! Move your legs, your arms and achieve your goals. Put your hand in the dough, take the steps to achieve the goal.

Making contacts, committing to our dreams wouldn’t do any good if we stayed at home watching TV, wouldn’t it?
