Is your child the right height for age?

Do you know if your child is the right height for their age? Before you think your child has a growth problem, get tested by British pediatric endocrinologist James Tanner:

· Add the heights of the father and mother.

· From this amount, if your child is a man, add 13. If you are a woman, subtract 13.

· Divide the result by two. This will be how much the child will measure, varying by 6 cm more or less. If the value is different from that, look for a pediatrician.
