I love you until the last day of my last life: letter to my mother who has done everything for me

Words are not enough to thank you for everything you have done for me, every tear, every effort, every struggle and every gesture of love; I could never stop thanking you for the person you have turned me into, how you have guided me and, above all, the unconditional way in which how you have loved me.

I admire you every hour, how even in the storm you have done everything for me; how even though you are incomplete, you complement me, even without strength, even without desire, without energy, even if you are broken, You never stopped sewing me.

You healed the wounds on my knees and also those of my soul, with love, delicacy, with kisses, with attention, with warmth, with your magical hands full of intensity, nobility, affection and courage. The same ones that were burdened with hours of work, sleeplessness and, sometimes, sadness; those who carried a broken heart, with wounds and even frustrations… and even with the weight of all that, You never stopped looking out for me even before you.

I value you every day, your strength, your values, the loyalty you have to your principles and your ideals; I value your courage, your greatness, your desire to move forward every day, to improve yourself, to learn, to grow and, above all, to do to the impossible to make me grow.

I have no words, they would never be enough to let you know how perfect you are, how incredible and magical; the heart so full of purity, sincerity and love that you own. There is no way, I can’t find it, to tell you that you are the most perfect woman I have ever seen, full of light, intensity, life, so full of you.

I am grateful that you are my mother in this life and I wish that you continue to be my mother in a thousand more.

With you I don’t need more, listening to you on the phone, hugging you, your messages in the morning, your advice, your talks, your concern, your love… with that I am complete and I have plenty of everything else because having you close to me, I can be me.

There is no other voice I believe other than yours, I only trust in you and your unconditional love; It is enough to listen to you to recover the strength that I then let go, to get up, to continue and that is your superpower, to elevate the most defeated, the saddest, the darkest soul. You illuminate everything, whatever you touch, the place you reach, the heart you enter, you illuminate it. You love it and you seek it.

You deserve everything good in the universe, mom. You deserve it from the day you were born and I wish that whoever is responsible is responsible for erasing your damage, your tears, your pain, your suffering and the injustices you have experienced. If I could do something to show you the love and admiration I have for you, that’s what I would do, I would sweep away the tears of yesterday and today so that you receive, at least, a part of what you have given to the universe… which has already been enough.

I love you until the last day of my last life, eternal woman. You are my light, my sun, my going and my arrival because for you I go and for you I return. You are more than someone like me could deserve, you are my most beautiful love, the best. You are my home and you are my family.

Without you there is nothing; Without you, there is no more. I love you, mom, in all the planes that I have to live. Because in anyone, wherever, it will always be you.
