I know I’m complicated but I deserve love and be loved

The truth is, I’m annoying, being with me can be a mess, and I understand your frustration. Sometimes I get upset with you about something you haven’t even done yet, but the thing is, I’m afraid you might do that too, afraid you’ll make the same mistake. I walk away when I’m really vulnerable, I analyze every word you say, and yes even the ones you don’t. I think that’s the worst, because it seems easier to expect to be let down than to be surprised.

I have this stupid anxiety that pisses me off a lot more than it does you. The thing is, I have no control over how our romance plays out, and that scares me. I know I should be able to calm down and trust you, most of all I should be able to trust myself. So please have patience, because I am striving to improve.

I’m far from the perfect woman you say I am, I have some baggage that I carry, and it’s not always easy to deal with, I’ll always tell you what I feel and I’ll respect your opinion.

But the feeling remains, I promise that for every less good moment I will continue to love you with the same intensity, I will continue to want to know everything about you, I will continue to be an ear to hear you and a shoulder to support you. I’ll be by your side, I’m not going anywhere.

I want to be someone important in your life, not just passing by, but I want you to love me the way I am, even though I’m as confused as I am, even though I’m so complicated to deal with, even though it’s so weird to have to put up with. Because even though I am like that, my love will be constantly present in your life.
