  9. Remove all the cooking water from the pan and reserve for other recipes. A tip at this stage is to freeze the broth in ice cube trays, to make it easier to use and increase its validity period;
  10. Then cover the pan again and shake the chicken in it a lot until it comes out completely shredded.
